Creamy Ginger Miso Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces silken tofu
    2 tablespoons light miso
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon chopped scallion
    2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
    1/3 cup orange juice
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
    Coverd and refrigerated, this dressing will keep for about a week.
