Cardinal Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups boiling water
    2 tablespoons loose black tea
    1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 pint cranberry juice cocktail
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1 1/2 cups cold water
Preparation
    Pour rapidly boiling water over tea.
    Add spices and cover to steep for 5-7 minutes.
    Strain and stir in sugar.
    Add juices and cold water.
    Chill and serve.
