Mignon'S Microwave Chorizo Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb chorizo sausage, minced
    1 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
    4 ounces chopped green chilies, drained
Preparation
    Spread chorizo on paper towel on microwave plate. Microwave on high until brown and crisp - about 3 minute.
    Combine chorizo, green chilies and cheese in a mixing bowl - Cover with plastic wrap and vent one corner. Microwave on medium until the cheese is melted about 6-8 minutes. Stir quickly and transfer to a 3 cups shallow baking dish. Serve with chips or stiff bread.
