Southwest Bulgur Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 cups bulgur, cooked
    1 cup rice, cooked
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    3/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Mix all ingredients in loaf pan.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 mins before slicing.
