French Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 1/2 ounces chocolate
 
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
6 cups hot milk
Preparation
- 
                            Combine water and chocolate.
 
Cook until chocolate is melted.
Add sugar and cook until thick.
Cool.
Fold whipping cream into chocolate mixture.
To serve put 2 heaping tablespoons in a cup and add hot milk.
