Tuscan White Bean Dip (Ww) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    1 large garlic clove
    1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor; process until blended.
    Serve with fresh vegetables or baked pita chips.
