Breakfast Kentucky Hot Brown - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups prepared bechamel sauce
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup roast cooked turkey
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
2 1/2 cups frozen hash browns
4 large eggs
4 pieces toast
Preparation

heat bechamel and melt swiss into it, stirring gently. Keep warm.
brown hashbrowns in hot skillet.
heat turkey and fry eggs as you like {scrambled, fried, etc.}.
place hashbrowns on plate, top with turkey and eggs.
smother with sauce and garnish with tomatoes and bacon.
serve with toast if wanted. ENJOY!
