Sardine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

crisp lettuce leaf, washed and dried
2 (4 ounce) cans sardines in oil, drained
1 medium red onion, peeled, sliced into rings
1 medium green pepper, cleaned and cut into strips
3 tablespoons salad oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 -2 garlic clove, crushed
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
salt, pepper to taste
Preparation

Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving dish.
Place sardines, onion rings, and pepper strips over them.
Combine remaining ingredients; shake well; pour over salad.
Serve at once.
