Tangy Catalina Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1 cup white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 tablespoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
Preparation

I recommend that you use a hand mixer with the whisk attachment to ensure that the dressing is thoroughly incorporated.
Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. It will take a few minutes and perhaps some additional stirring to get all of the sugar dissolved, but it will happen!
