Easy Moroccan Vegetarian Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 garlic clove
    16 ounces chickpeas
    16 ounces diced tomatoes
    8 ounces corn niblets
    1 cup uncooked rice
    salt and pepper
    chili flakes
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Saute the onion, pepper, and garlic until soft and slightly brown.
    Dump in your other canned ingredients, and seasonings. *seasonings may be adjusted to personal preference*.
    Simmer.
    Serve. over rice.
