Pineapple Delight Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup walnuts (chopped)
20 ounces crushed pineapple
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Frosting
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together sugar and egg.
Add flour, walnuts, crushed pineapple, baking soda, baking powder.
Place thick batter in a 9x13 pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.
For frosting cream the cream cheese and butter, add vanilla and powder sugar. Frost cool cake.
