Cracked Wheat Cereal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cracked wheat
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 1/2 cups boiling water
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Cook covered for 10 to 20 minutes.
    Cook enough whole wheat to last a week.
    It may be tightly covered and stored in the fridge up to two weeks.
