Walnut Milk (Milk Substitute) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup walnuts, minced
1 tablespoon dates, minced
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 piece vanilla bean (1 inch)
2 cups boiled water (allow to cool to lukewarm temp)
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor. Store in clean jar in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
