Ellie'S Chorizo & Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces chorizo sausage
    1 cup onion, diced
    1 fresh jalapeno, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (20 ounce) can Goya pinto beans, undrained
Preparation
    In a medium skillet, cook chorizo and drain if necessary.
    Add onions, garlic and Jalapeno, sauteing until soft.
    Add beans and let simmer for 1 hour over low heat and serve with tortillas, sour cream and salsa.
