Gorgonzola Clam Linguini Over A Bed Of Chili Arugula - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    0.5 (8 ounce) box linguine
    3/4 cup minced clams
    2 tablespoons minced garlic
    1 red onion, sliced
    1/2 cup gorgonzola
    1 sliced red pepper
    1 cup broccoli floret, chopped down into crumbs
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    olive oil
    1 green chili pepper, minced
    for salad
    3 cups arugula
    chili oil
Preparation
    cook linguini al dente.
    in a skillet, carmelize garlic and red onion - medium high.
    add chili, broccoli, red pepper, then tomato - medium heat.
    add clam.
    add gorgonzola and cook until it melts.
    fold in linguini.
    plate arugular and drip some chili oil over it.
    using tongs, place some pasta over greens.
