Butterscotch Coconut Sauce - cooking recipe

4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon dark rum
Preparation

In a small saucepan, heat 4 TBSP water and brown sugar.
Cook over high heat until the sugar dissolves and browns, forming a glaze; stirring frequently.
Immediately add coconut milk and rum; stir.
Serve warm.
