Paprika Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups chopped onions
    1 cup celery, chopped
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 cups milk
    2 cups potatoes, small dice
    1 tablespoon paprika
    1 teaspoon parsley
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
    In soup pot, saute onion and celery in the butter for 2 minutes.
    Stir in flour and salt, blend well.
    Slowly add milk.
    Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
    Reduce heat.
    Add potatoes and seasonings.
    Simmer for 15 minutes, stiring often, until potatoes are done.
