Country Cupboard Creamed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs cabbage (1 large head)
    2 -3 stalks celery
    1 carrot
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 dash black pepper
Preparation
    Shred Cabbage.
    Chop Celery and Carrot (fine).
    Mix the Vinager, sugar, and mayonaise together.
    Combine all ingerdiants in a large bowl.
    Let sit for 2 hour before serving.
    For best results allow to sit overnight.
