Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 ounce) packages hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation

Mix corn flakes and 1/4 melted butter, set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly.
Spread potato mixture evenly in 13x9 inch greased dish.
Spread corn flake mixture over potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 45 minutes.
