Banana Crater Cake (Lightened Up Version) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup canola oil
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 medium bananas, mashed
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup plain yogurt or 1 cup light sour cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream together butter, oil and sugar.
Add beaten eggs and beat until smooth.
Add vanilla and mashed bananas. Mix until smooth.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and 1 tsp cinnamon and blend well.
Add dry ingredients to banana mixture, alternating with yogurt, ending with dry ingredients.
Pour half the batter into a greased or parchment paper lined 9\" x 13\" pan.
Combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle half of mixture over the batter in pan.
Top with half the chocolate chips.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350 F for 45 to 50 minutes.
