Chocolate Ginger Ganache - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 ounce) can coconut milk
    1/3 cup palm sugar
    1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
    8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Preparation
    Combine coconut milk, palm sugar and ginger in saucepan.
    Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
    Remove from heat.
    Add chocolate and whisk until mixutre is melted and smooth.
