Madagascar Avocado Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 avocado pears, soft cut into small pieces and mashed smooth
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 1/2 ounces anchovy fillets, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup white onion, chopped finely
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup sweet sherry
Preparation

Blend avocado and lemon juice. Add anchovy, onion, red peppers and garlic powder.
Mix in a food processor or chop finely.
Add sweet sherry.
Cover the bowl and chill until ready to serve.
Serve with sesame crackers.
To serve as an appetizer arrange on lettuce cup and garnish with thin onion slices and tomato wedges with sesame crackers.
