Chupe De Mani (Bolivian Peanut Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups beef broth
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 small tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup peas
    1 carrot, chopped
    1/2 cup peanut butter
Preparation
    Saute onion and parsley in oil until brown.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes or until carrots are done.
