Oven Steamed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots, sliced diagonally, 1/4-inch thick
    1/4 cup water
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Place carrots in 1 quart casserole.
    Add water and dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with sugar and salt.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until tender.
