White Elephant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup moist fresh coconut or 1 cup canned coconut
    1 cup milk, use coconut milk if available
    4 tablespoons sugar
    6 ounces white rum
    2 ounces white Creme de Cacao
    1 cup ice, crushed
Preparation
    in blender combine all ingredients, till smooth and thick. Pour into 4 oz glasses, and sprinkle with shredded coconut as a garnish.
