Chocolate Brownie Roulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 ounces chocolate
    3 tablespoons water
    3/4 cup sugar
    5 eggs
    2 tablespoons raisins
    1/4 cup pecans
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
Preparation
    Melt chocolate with water in a double boiler.
    Whisk in eggs one at a time.
    Fold in raisins and pecans, spread in jellyroll pan.
    Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
    Spread with heavy cream and roll up lengthwise.
    Serve chilled.
