Potatoes And Sausage (In Dutch We Call It Mouse) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs potatoes (preferably russets)
1 cup kale (best to use dried)
1 sausage ham garlic ring
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes in half, put in large sauce pan with the kale and sausage.
Cook until you are able to mash the potatoes.
Remove sausage, mash, put butter and seasoning on top to melt; place sausage back on top.
Serve and enjoy!
