Toutierre (Pork Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb ground pork (shoulder)
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon clove
    salt & pepper
    3 medium potatoes, boiled & mashed
    1 (9 inch) double crust pie crusts
Preparation
    Fry onion in small amount of butter.
    Add meat.
    Stir until done.
    Add seasoning, then potatoes. Stir well.
    Turn into a 9-inch pie shell & cover with top crust; slit.
    Bake until crust browns.
