1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 lbs ground pork
1/3 cup wine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Chill overnight.
Stuff into casings tying off at 5 inches.
Hang for 1 to 2 days in cool place (45\u00b0F).
