Low Carb Blueberry Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large bananas
    2 cups fat free greek plain yogurt
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    4 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup Truvia
    2 cups old fashioned oats (blended into a flour)
    2 cups whole grain low carb flour, I use Bob's Red Mill
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1 1/2 cups blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 and grease muffin tin.
    Blend banana and set aside.
    mix all wet ingredients together one at a time except bananas.
    Add dry ingredients.
    mix in bananas and fold in the blueberries by hand.
    bake 25-30min.
    store in refrigerator or freezer.
