Sugar Snap Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb sugar snap pea
1 1/2 teaspoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
of fresh mint (optional)
Preparation

In a large saucepan cook sugar snap peas in boiling water about 1 minute or until crisp-tender, drain.
Add butter and lemon peel, toss to mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
