Dark Chocolate Ganache - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 pint heavy cream
5 1/3 ounces unsalted butter

Preparation

Bring cream and butter to a simmer.
Pour over chocolate and stir/whisk until melted and smooth.
