Vegan Sweet Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups frozen organic corn kernels
    1 vegetable bouillon cube
    1 onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    2 cups soymilk
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
    Blend corn kernels until half pureed.
    saute the onion in the olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add corn, salt, cumin, pepper. Saute for another 3 minutes.
    Add the water and the soymilk. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
