Steak, Onion & Tomato With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg blade steak, trimmed & chopped
    2 onions, sliced
    4 tomatoes, thickly sliced
    chopped fresh basil
    chopped fresh parsley
    salt & pepper
    2 tablespoons gravy mix
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup red wine
    1/3 cup tomato sauce
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Layer meat, onion, tomatoes & herbs & seasonings in a greased casserole dish.
    Whisk gravy mix with water, wine & sauces, pour over meat & vegetables.
    Bake at 180\u00b0C for approx 1 hour.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
