Scalloped Beef & Macaroni Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups macaroni
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 lb ground beef
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
    1/2 cup cheese, grated
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 garlic clove
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni. Saute onions, celery & garlic in vegetable oil. Add beef & brown.
    Stir in flour & seasonings. Add tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni.
    Put into a 2 qt (2.5L) baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350F (180C) about 30 minutes.
