Reduced Fat Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 -8 potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
1 small onion, diced
12 ounces ham, trimmed and diced
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/8 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combined all ingredients except the cheddar in a large bowl. Transfer to a 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 30-60 minutes until potatoes are tender.
