Ingredients
    2/3 cup cranberry sauce (oh yes, from a can!)
    1/2 cup hoisin sauce
    1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well. Reserve half to serve as a sauce with the cooked roast.
    Use remainder to baste roast every 30 minutes.
