Ingredients

2 1/2 cups puffed wheat cereal
4 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
2 cups ice cubes
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons bee pollen
Preparation

Pour ice into blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Process until smooth.
Pour and enjoy.
