Creamy Crock Pot Turkey Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 cups chopped cooked turkey
    2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
    1/2 cup milk
Preparation
    Layer onion, mushrooms and turkey in a crock pot.
    Mix soup, poultry seasoning and black pepper and pour over the turkey.
    Cover, cook on Low 8 hours or on High 4 hours.
    If cooking on Low, turn to High, stir in peas and carrots and milk.
    Cook an additional 10 minutes or until heated through.
