Benihana Hibachi Meat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 3/4 lb shrimp, deveined or 3/4 lb scallops
Marinade
1 tablespoon grated apple
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Preparation

Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Marinate meat in the sauce for 30 min or longer.
Heat a frying pan or flat grill on high heat and stir-fry the meat until desired doneness - a few minutes at most.
