Chicken Reuben (5 Points) - cooking recipe

RUSSIAN DRESSING
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise, style dressing
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish, drained
1/2 teaspoon onion, grated
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
SANDWICHES
4 ounces skinless chicken, cooked sliced
1 1/2 ounces swiss cheese, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sauerkraut, rinsed drained
8 slices rye bread
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
Line large baking sheet with foil.
To prepare dressing, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise dressing, ketchup, horseradish, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
To prepare sandwiches, place 1/4 of the chicken, cheese, sauerkraut and dressing onto each of 4 slices of bread; top each with another slice bread.
Broil 8 inches from heat until golden brown; with spatula, turn to brown other side.
