Herb Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup Dijon mustard
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
    6 medium red potatoes, cut into chunks
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes in lightly greased baking pan.
    Toss with mustard mixture.
    Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes stirring occasionally.
