Carrots And Celery Tarragon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons water
    6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced 1-inch thick
    3 celery ribs, cut into 2-inch pieces
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 teaspoons tarragon
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook (stirring occassionally) for about 20 minutes or until veggies are to your desired tenderness.
