Mom'S Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 ounce) can salmon
    1 dash salt
    6 saltine crackers, crumbled
    2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 egg
    1/4 cup green onion, diced
    1/4 cup cornmeal
    3 tablespoons cooking oil
Preparation
    Drain water off salmon.
    Mix salmon, salt, crackers, cheese, lemon juice, egg and onions in a small bowl.
    Shape into patties and dredge in cornmeal.
    Over medium-high heat, heat oil in skillet.
    Add patties, cooking on each side for approximately 5 minutes, or until brown.
