Slow Cooker Black And Blue Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tablespoons milk
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 cups fresh blackberries or 2 cups frozen blackberries
    2 cups fresh blueberries or 2 cups frozen blueberries
    3/4 cup water
    1 teaspoon orange zest
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, and next 4 ingredients.
    Combine eggs, milk, and oil; stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.
    Spread batter evenly onto the bottom of a greased 5-quart slow cooker.
    In a saucepan, combine berries, water, orange peel and remaining sugar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat; immediately pour over batter.
    Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tests done.
    Turn cooker off.
    Uncover and let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
