Turkey Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 medium onion, Chopped
    3 ounces butter
    1 garlic clove, Finely Chopped
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sour cream
    8 ounces egg noodles
Preparation
    Caramelize onion in butter.
    Boil water. When a rolling boil, cook noodles al dente and set aside.
    Add and Cook beef with garlic in skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally, until meat is brown (cooked), drain.
    Stir in soup and salt. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream; cook until hot. Serve over noodles.
