Spinach-Parmesan Couscous - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
    1 (10 ounce) package couscous
    3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in hot oil in a large saucepan until tender.
    Add broth and spinach; cook until spinach thaws, stirring occasionally.
    Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in couscous; cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Stir in cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Serve immediately.
