Banana Coconut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 cups flour
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup coconut
    1/2 cup raisins
    2 bananas, chopped
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter, melted
    Topping
    1/3 cup coconut
    2 teaspoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, including coconut and banana.
    Beat egg, add milk and margarine.
    Add to dry ingredients, mix until moistened.
    Spoon into muffin pans.
    Topping------------.
    Mix and sprinkle over unbaked muffins.
    Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
