4 anaheim green chilies
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except chiles.
Dredge chiles in mixture.
Fry until golden.
