Four Cheese Panini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices sourdough bread (1-inch thick slices)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 ounces mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
    2 ounces smoked cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
    2 ounces Fontina cheese, thinly sliced
    2 ounces provolone cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Preheat panini grill to high.
    Brush one side of each bread slice with oil.
    Place two slices on a work surface, oiled side down, and evenly layer with mozzarella, Cheddar, fontina, and provolone.
    Cover with top halves, oiled side up, and press gently to pack.
    Place sandwiches in grill, close top plate and cook until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
